1. Who in your team sees what
Each person's role decides what they can do and which records they can see. Owners and admins set roles on Members and roles. Turning off someone's access signs them out everywhere.
There are no passwords. People sign in with a link mailed to their address, or with a Google, Microsoft or single sign-on account linked to it.
