Get help from the assistant, or write to support
1. Get help, and write to support when the assistant cannot help
Press Help in the sidebar, which is on every screen; on a phone it is under More. It opens the assistant, ready for questions about how to do something, such as "How do I import my contacts?" The assistant answers from these help pages and can show you where to click.
If it cannot help, you press This did not help under an answer, or you ask for a person, it offers Send this to support. That opens the support form with your question already in it. Nothing is sent yet: read it, change anything, untick any workspace fact you do not want to send, and press Send to support. Only your own words go into the form, never the assistant's answers. You can also write to support from the account menu at any time.
To go straight to the form, open the account menu, which shows your name, and choose Write to support.
